I'm Beatriz Griswold my address: 7162 Pine Barren CT. Mobile, Alabama 36695,my phone: (251)607-9462, Account#264073790,car 2000 Ford Explorer, bought in Mobile Al.to the Ford Motor Co.

In 12/05/2007 I faxed to Minneapolis Collection Center to the fax: 866-535-8916 my application Agreement to Add a Third Party with my personal documents that you request.

I had called several times, explained and answered the same questions repeatedly to the supervisors and agents. Also I was transfered to many departments, then they told me that they could not help me. I was quite frustated and disappointed. I need my documents back and I will be informing to all my co-workers and friends about this bad experience.

stay away they put my car up for repo and i made my payment every month. i soo tired this mess one thing yhan another you tell them same thing over and over. each person tell u a differnent story......stay away uts not worth it --im sill trying settle this situation been over a year now
