Citi flex line of credit are using a tactics to collect extra money from their customer. Their style???

sending billing statement late or not sending it at all so that customer will either pay 15.00 dollar over the phone or pay 29.00 dollars late fee I hope that they will face a mass lawsuit for doing this practices.The only option you have to pay them is either over phone or mail your check how come they dont have an option to let customer pay on the internet wow!!! A big company that doesnt give you to pay on the internet nice one!!

I am mad too! Paid all my pmts on time...

suddenly interest rate went from 8% to 29.99...!!!! They made it impossible for me to mail pmts that high every month. And if you are late one day they charge you $49?!?! Yeah, good luck with that from now on.

When you lower my interest rate and remove all the fees I'll continue to be a good customer I was before you tried to screw me over. (or not)!

I was finally able to set up an autopay program through Citiflex last February. Once again statements don't always show up, but I am on an autopay program so everything is good now right?

Wrong. My payments went out as scheduled every month, but at some point the minimum payment was raised $2 over my auto pay.

Now Citiflex is trying to get me to pay $200 additional in fees. If this was a local small business person they would be in court or jail by now.

They will also promise you a low rate for the life of the $1000,00 loan at 3.9% Now I am paying a out of this world 18.990% Whats up with that? I don't think that should be legal to do.

I strongly feel that I am being ripped off. I also hope that they are sued for the un profesional manner that has be the way the work.

Include me in any Class Action lawsuit. I have received 1 statement in 2 years, and I call them every month to "confirm my address" and Citi claims they are sending a duplicate, which we never receive.

The last guy basically called me a liar, but only after I paid them $3K. They adjusted my rate/payment, but since I don't receive monthly statements, we didn't know it, and bingo, shows up on my credit report? It today's technology world, this product does not have an ecommerce solution?

I asked why like all other products, is there not a website for "CitiFlex" products? I think we now know the answer.

Please get your information straight before blasting CitiFinancial's name online. The CitiFlex line of credit has NOTHING to do with Citifinancial- they are 2 separate companies. While I understand your issues with CitiFlex (my husband has a CitiFlex line), please do a little bit more research before heading your discussion with "CitiFinancial Complaint".

I am right there pissed off with you! They raised our interest rate from 7.99 to 29.99 because the payment (which was mailed and arrived to them 1 day late because of the holiday)...

The offered to refund the late payment fee but would not reduce the rate...

we had not been late EVER over 5 yrs! Now they may never get another payment and I really don't care!

I had citiflex for several years, always paid on time and one month my interest was 11, next month it was 29.9. This company is your enemy, never deal with them.

on a side note. Brian is a total waste, I am thinking something stronger, but you get the point, he is someone who probably never had to worry about where his money was coming from.

Had a payment due yesterday, so I called to make the make the payment, but the phone just rang and rang. So, I call today and they tell me "There's nothing we can do..

Its late and you will have to pay the $49 late fee either way." Seriously?! Wow...

CitiFlex line raised my APR to 29.99 from 7.64% which I had payed on time for over four years. I missed one payment last December due to them not sending me a statement.

They called, and I paid immediately over the phone and they said everything was good. Now, with no warning, I looked at my statement today and my interest is almost 30%. I called and asked why, and they were cold and said I missed a payment and there's nothing they can do about it.

Fine, so I transferred the remainder of my balance to another credit card. Greedy varmits!

i dont know how citiflex got on my boyfriends credit report he has never had a loan with this place and we need a number to call to get it stright thanks

For diane, get over the bailout and get fact straight. The bailout was a loan CITI not citifinancial got for one.

Two it was a loan just like you got that they had to pay back in full and the goverment made 7 BILLION in profit off the loan. So follow the example and pay back your loan as you agreed just as they did.

does anyone have a phone number for citifinancial auto. i had a smaller (1/2 a car payment) amount left for my buyout this month, but santander says I owe them the whole amount.

they are completely worthless on the phone, so i need to get a hold of someone at citifinancial. help?

They are a joke. They have my FIXED payments on a $2000 loan more than what I paid on a more expensive loan with higher interest.

I have tried to talk to lower my payment but get nowhere.

Funny thing is they received a bailout from the government but refuse to pass anyof this on to the customer. Never again once I figure out how to pay this off.

I have had my citi-flex account since 2007 and have paid on time every month. I understand that they chose not to offer this account any longer and don't have a problem with that what I do have a problem with is I mailed in this month's payment on the same day that I always do and today I get my next month's statement and it did not show the payment being made.

I immediately contacted the bank and they did not show that the check had been sent through and now they are saying since I was late that effective next month my interest rate will increase to 29.99%. I spoke with 3 account managers who state that since this account is closed there is nothing they can do about the rate increase. What a joke!

I have contacted the BBB. I do not suggest having any accounts with this company.

:) I have a Citi flex line and I NEVER had a problem with them. Theirs come in plenty of time to pay and I have had to pay over the phone once and I didn't have a problem with the fee. It is unfortunate that they discontinued the line of credit because it was a great tool for me.
