I CALLED 3 TIMES ON THE 800******** TODAY. NOT SURE IF I GOT THE FULL COMPLETE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR A LIEN RELEASE.

CUSTOMER TRADED VEHICLE INTO MY DEALERSHIP IN FEBRUARY OF 2018 AND WE NEVER RECEIVED TITLE OR LIEN RELEASE AND CUSTOMER IS NOT CONTACTING US BACK AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. I JUST NEED THE FULL EMAIL ADDRESS PLEASE.

CSSRESEARCHAND RESPON CITI.COM (THE EMAIL IS WAY TO LONG TO LISTEN AND WRITE OVER THE PHONE. 2005 GMC ENVOY VIN NUMBER IS 1GKES12S55618****. ACCORDING TO THE FLORIDA VEHICLE INFORMATION CHECK STILL SHOWS PAPER TITLE WITH LIEN.

IF YOU COULD EMAIL ME BACK WITH THE INFORMATION I NEED AND/OR PLEASE SEND ME THE RELEASE I NEED SO WE CAN FINISH OUR PAPERWORK TO OUR NEW CUSTOMER. THANK YOU
