Have been contacting Citi since 2008 in order to get them to send me a recalculation of loans after they refunded what they decided was PPI.
A Keeley Dixon seems to be unable to provide this simple request,yet was able to provide details of how much PPI should be refunded,even managing to send me copies of the original agreements.Now just sends same letter in reply to me all the time and also has not for the first time sent me a letter stating that any further correspondence would not be responded to,VERY PROFFESSIONAL,Taking into account that this is a global financial institute I am amazed they cannot sort this issue.I would not recommend anyone to consider using this company for any kind business transaction,as when you have a problem they will not sort it and your problem will only escalate.Be very aware of Citi and take my advice and avoid them.
