You can not discharge secure debts in a bankruptcy unless you surrender the collateral. The House in this case.

If you continued to make payments then you have agreed to reactivate the loan.

A bankruptcy does not remove negative credit reports it just stops future ones on loans you discharge. As stated above you can not discharge a secure loan and still keep the property.

Trying to find out about a truck title

I went chapter 13 on the loan and it was pad off . My truck was use as claderal a 98 dodge pick up. Never go the title from the place i did businesse.

Auto loan

I owe your company a huge apology. I sincerely regret my message I sent you. At the time I was so very frustrated because I had talked to 5 to 7 agents and they couldn't find my car loan which I wanted to retire the balance. My wife had told me, my loan was with Citi. Regrettably, it was with ANOTHER company. I apologize for my error and take full responsibility for it. Please know I especially regret some of the language I used. I was simply worn out, frustrated, and angry---when it was of my actions, not yours in any way. Again I'm sorry for this and I'm ashamed of myself and my ridiculous actions.. Sincerely, GJ Franklin
